A person specification describes the personal attributes desired in a potential employee. These attributes include qualifications, skills, experience, and knowledge which a candidate must possess to perform the job duties.〔 The specification should be derived from the job description and forms the foundation for the recruitment process. When writing a person specification, employers usually: #Use the job description to pick out the duties, grouping together those which are similar. #Translate duties into the abilities and skills needed to do the job. Specify necessary skills as far as possible in precise job-related terms. #Identify any specific knowledge requirements for the job or requirement of some evidence of ability to learn. #Where relevant indicate qualifications and level of education required for the job, be as precise as possible. #Identify experience required to carry out the job. Define the extent.〔 ==See also== *Human Resource Management *Personnel *Job Description *Business 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Person specification」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
